Vatican cricket team set to play Batley all-muslim club side

A cricket team from the Vatican has just begun a tour of this country and will be playing an all-muslim side in Yorkshire.

The St Peter's side is made up of Catholic priests and trainee priest.

The team will be playing a series of matches that cut across religious divides, including a match against Mount Cricket Club from Batley.

The teams will play against each other at Yorkshire County Cricket Club's stadium Credit: ITV News

They are both set to play each other at Yorkshire's home ground Headingley.
