'I am a strong and competitive athlete': the York swimmer going for Gold in Special Olympics National Games

The Special Olympics National Games will see 2600 athletes descend on Sheffield for the largest disability multi-sport event in the country this year.

Among the competitors will be William Scrope from York, who has been training at Ampleforth College since the age of two.

William, who has autism, will be gunning for four gold medals in the swimming pool at Ponds Forge.
