An independent review says Grantham A and E should be reclassified as an urgent care centre.

The unit's been at the centre of controversy since the decision was taken to close it overnight last year because of a shortage of doctors.

A report from the East of England Clinical Senate says it's time to recognise that the unit's role in health care has changed.
