Carpool karaoke starring Morley youngster makes James Corden cry
A music video featuring children with Downs Syndrome including a girl from Morley has been described as beautiful by comedian James Corden.
It was recorded by 50 mums and their children and is on course to go viral. In just a few hours 8,000 people had already viewed The Singing Hands version of A Thousand Years.
Four year old Connie Rose stars in the carpool karaoke style film with her mum Julie Britton. It has been released to coincide with World Downs Syndrome Day.
Comedian and actor James Corden, who is currently living in Los Angeles, said on social media it was 'the most beautiful carpool karaoke. It made me cry.'
Connie Rose and her parents Julie and Peter went into the Calendar studio to talk to Fraser Maude and Gaynor Barnes about their experience shooting the video.
"We just look at all the mums' faces on the video and they're all beaming. " said Julie Britton.
