Since the start of Yorkshire's organ donation campaign three years ago, the number of people in the region waiting for a transplant has almost halved.
The new figures have also revealed that more people are willing to become donors. But those behind the campaign say more are still needed and - crucially - more people also need to have a conversation with their families about their wishes.
Today in Leeds, Organ Donation Week continued, with campaigners highlighting the ability of one person to save up to nine lives.
