Two teenagers and two men arrested over triple stabbing in Huddersfield

Two teenagers and two men have been arrested after three men were stabbed in what police have described as a 'targeted attack' in Huddersfield.

Armed officers were called to St Peter's Street at around 5pm after reports of a fight between a number of males.

Three men were taken to hospital suffering stab wounds.

Two teenagers aged 15 and 17 and two men aged 24 and 26 were arrested on Monday October 15.

The Tesco Superstore on Viaduct Street was closed as police dealt with the incident.

Our investigation remains ongoing today to establish the circumstances of the incident.

This was believed to be a targeted attack amongst people known to each other and we have four people currently in custody.

Last night and throughout today there will be high visibility police patrols in and around the area by our NPT teams to provide reassurance to the local communities.
