Man charged with murder after two men struck by car and assaulted in Bradford

Police have charged a man with murder and attempted murder after two men were struck by a car and assaulted in Bradford.

A 40 year old man from the city died from his injuries. Another man suffered minor injuries following the incident on Sandford Road on Wednesday October 3.

Mohammed Nisar Khan, 40 is due to appear at Bradford Magistrates Court on Saturday October 20, 2018.

A 36 year old man arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder has been released on bail. A 32 year old arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on bail and a 31 year old male arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released under investigation.
