Guests evacuated after Storm Gareth brings down tree on Rotherham hotel
Hotel guests were evacuated from part of a Rotherham hotel this morning, after Storm Gareth brought down a tree onto the building.
Firefighters from the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service helped to move guests to another part of the Brentwood Hotel.
They were called to the site, on Moorgate Road in Moorgate, this (Wednesday) morning at 6.30am.
A spokesperson for the Fire Service confirmed no one had been injured.
