We've been looking at the modern pressures on people to look 'perfect' - with children as young as 8 worried about what they look like.
In recent years, we've seen the emergence of the smartphone, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
But more than half of school children admit using them makes them feel less confident and disillusioned by what they see online.
So what is being done to help children growing up in the digital age?
