New Azuma trains hit the track

The new Azuma trains are taking their first passengers between Hull and London from today (Thursday, May 16)

The so-called British 'bullet train' will be introduced on the 0700 Hull to London's King Cross and the 1718 London King's Cross to Hull services.

The operator, LNER, says the new fleet promises thousands more seats, extra leg room, and more storage space for luggage.
