The mother of a teenage girl from Bassetlaw, who took her own life, has written a children's book to urge young people struggling with mental health issues to seek help.
16-year-old Maisie Cousin-Stirk was found dead in a field near her house two years ago. Helen Cousin says she had no idea her daughter was struggling.
Now, as new figures show that young people are having to wait up to a year to get treated for mental health problems, Helen hopes her book will give children the tools they need to speak out before it's too late.
