Police in Bradford are appealing for fresh information three years on since a young man was assaulted and died in Attock Park, Laisterdyke.

21- year-old Beyake Keita Ann suffered serious head injuries when he and his friends, who were playing football, were attacked by a group of men. He then died in hospital three weeks later.

A murder investigation led to the arrests of more than 20 people. This inquiry is continuing and a number of suspects remain on bail.

Today there is an under 16's five-a-side football tournament as part of a community event being held in his memory between 11am -5pm in the park. A big screen will be showing information about the appeal. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

A reward of up to £10,000 is being offered for information received which leads to a successful conviction.

Three years have now passed since Beyake was brutally attacked and his family are still desperate to know why this happened and who was responsible.

We are just as committed to getting the justice they deserve and are continuing to seek for the answers to these questions.
