Teenager from Lincolnshire wins award at RSPCA national youth photo competition

A 15-year-old from Lincolnshire has won an award at the prestigious RSPCA national youth photo competition.

The picture of a flock of gulls called "Governed by the clouds" was taken by 15 year-old Leo Scott at Hartsholme Lakes in Lincoln. His work has been singled out from more than 6.500 photographs to be awarded a Commended in the 12-15 category.

Environmentalist and competition judge Chris Packham presented Leo with the award.
