Thousands of women in Yorkshire are missing out on potentially life-saving tests that could help prevent them from developing cervical cancer.

Figures from Public Health England show that a quarter of women in our region are not regularly attending screening appointments.

Lindsay Davies, who is from Mansfield, was eventually diagnosed with the disease after putting off the test and had to have a hysterectomy.
