Police are appealing for information about an incident in Bradford where a woman was reported to have been in a distressed state and injured.

Officers were called at around 7.30pm on Wednesday about a woman in Grove Terrace, who was said to be shouting for help and arguing with a male.

Officers attended but were unable to locate the woman, who is described as an Asian female.

Detective Chief Inspector Andy Farrell, who is leading the investigation, said:

We are today issuing this CCTV image of the woman, which shows her in an alleyway between Grove Terrace and Mannville Terrace on the night of the incident.

Two men have been arrested in connection with this ongoing investigation. Both remain in custody.

Police remain keen to speak to anyone who saw a black Vauxhall Corsa in Grove Terrace on Wednesday at 7.20pm, or anyone who saw a male and female arguing in the area at around this time.
