Yoga Instructor from Leeds now teaching thousands of people around the world

Many of us are using this time at home to try and get a little bit fitter with the help of online tutorials, from the likes of Joe Wicks and Yorkshire's very own Polly Standeven.

The Yoga Instructor from Leeds was forced to stop classes and close her studio because of the coronavirus outbreak but now she's now teaching the ancient practice to tens of thousands of people around the world.Sarah Clark has more.
