Twin girls from Skipton who had not seen their mum for almost three months because of the coronavirus lockdown got a huge shock – when she turned up dressed as a bear to give them a hug.
Sally Boocock, a Yorkshire Ambulance Service worker, had stayed away from her 11-year-old daughters, Daisy and Ruby, because of concerns she might pass on the virus.
But the girls were in for a surprise reunion when they went on a specially-organised bear hunt in the woods.
