Business leaders in Hull say it should be up to companies to decide when employees return to their places of work.

The government has launched a campaign urging people to go back to the office, saying small businesses in town and city centres that rely on passing trade are at risk of long-term damage if workers stay away.

But the Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce says the health and safety of staff should come first.
