Rhinos complete treble after tense Grand Final win over Wigan

Leeds Rhinos became only the second team from our region to win the treble after they edged out Wigan 22-20 in the Super League Grand Final.

Captain Kevin Sinfield, who was playing his last game for the club along with Jamie Peacock and Kylie Leuluai, kicked the winning conversion after Josh Walters scored the final try of the match.

Thousands of Rhinos fans set off for 'sellout ' Grand Final

Thousands of Leeds Rhinos fans are on their way to Manchester to see if their side can win the treble by beating Wigan Warriors in the Super League Grand Final.

It will be the last game for Rhinos stalwarts Jamie Peacock, Kevin Sinfield and Kylie Leuluai. Leeds won the Challenge Cup in August after they thrashed Hull KR at Wembley. Brian McDermott's men also won the League Leaders Shield last month and are now aiming to be only the second side from our region to win all three trophies in one season.

It is expected to be the highest ever attendance for an Old Trafford Grand Final.
