Many communities are blighted by the problem of illegal fly tippers but while the roadside dumps may be a blot on the landscape, one woman is turning them into works of art, by covering them in material to give them a more pleasant look.

Hull City Council say they are cracking down on people who dump rubbish in the city. Doug Sharp, from the council, says the number of people being prosecuted for flytipping over the past year increased by 50 per cent.
Small businesses in Sheffield say illegal flytipping is on the rise and are now worried it will affect trade.
Despite warning signs, piles of rubbish have been dumped on large open areas on Sutherland Road. Last August Sheffield City council changed bin collections from weekly to fortnightly.
