Leading dietitian Dr Trudi Deakin is launching a book - and her controversial "fat is good for you" diet in Hebden Bridge today.
Among the guest speakers at the launch will be Professor David Haslam and Prof Dave Haslam, of the National Obesity Forum .
Sixty five NHS Trusts around the country have already signed up to West Yorkshire-based Dr Deakin's educational diet programmes, working with 50,000 patients
The launch of her new book " Eat Fat " will be held at 3pm at the Innovation Cafe, St George's Square, Hebden Bridge.
