A mother from Halifax is campaigning to get rid of diabetes stereotypes. Three of Jodie Ward's five children suffer from type 1 diabetes.
They have to be monitored around the clock and have regular injections. Jodie says many people label her a bad parent who gives her children too many sweets. She's using World Diabetes Awareness Day to make people realise that nothing could be further from the truth.
