Health bosses in Hull are being urged to take the contract for non-emergency services away from Thames Ambulance Trust after staff were not paid on time.

Health union UNISON says there is concern among workers despite the matter being resolved with the help of Hull CCG.

Thames Ambulance Trust says problems with payment of salaries were outside its control.

You would think that Thames would try and make an impression on their first month of the contract but apparently not. To the staff's credit they continued to work normally whilst this was going on but it has been an extremely concerning time for many of them.
