Tributes at Villa Park to honour Dalian Atkinson

Fans paid their respects to former striker Dalian Atkinson at Aston Villa's game with Huddersfield with tributes on the 10th minute.

The 48-year-old died after being hit by a police taser during a suspected domestic incident in his hometown of Telford in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The club and supporters organised an official tribute with an applause on the 10th minute of Aston Villa's 1-1 draw with Huddersfield in last night's Championship fixture.

It was to mark the fact that Atkinson work the number 10 shirt during his time with the club in the early 1990s.
