Six towns and cities in the Midlands have been included in a list of the 'best cultural places to live' according to the Times newspaper.

The Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham came in at number five in a list of 20.

The list also contained Hockley in Nottingham along with Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon, along with Stoke-on-Trent which is launching a bid for the 2021 UK City of Culture, and Hay-on-Wye on the Herefordshire/Wales border which is home to a world famous literary festival.
