Man's body found near nightclub

A man's body has been found in a secure yard in Cannock after what police say, appears to have fallen off the top of a building.

Police were called to reports of a body found out the back of Quartz Bar at around 8:30am this morning (Saturday 19 August).

Officers are currently investigating the circumstances, and are working to find out the sequence of events leading up to the man's death.

The man's family are being informed and they are receiving support from specially trained officers.
