This is how we can improve football for autistic people

Watching a football game can often be a stressful experience for people with autism.

Alex Manners from Solihull is trying to improve this with his campaign, Football and Autism.

The 21-year-old has an Asperger's and is appealing to local and national clubs to improve the conditions at football grounds.

A keen football fan himself, Alex says that everyone with autism is different and their experiences differ as well.

A spokesperson for the FA, which is based at St. George's Park in Burton upon Trent in Staffordshire, said:

The FA welcomes the sensory rooms and there are plans to get them at the Wembley Stadium.
