A week after securing promotion to the Premier League, Wolves have been confirmed as Championship champions with two games to spare.

They won 4-0 at Bolton to claim the title, thanks to goals from Barry Douglas, Benik Afobe, Diogo Jota and a penalty from Conor Coady.

Their target is now breaking the 100-point barrier. Currently on 98 points, they can still reach 104 - only just short of the record total of 106 achieved by Reading in 2006.
