Police return to scene of Wolverhampton murder to appeal for information

Stab victim Keelan Wilson, 15, with his mother, Kelly.

Police are returning to the scene of the murder of a Wolverhampton teenager to appeal for information to find his killer.

Keelan Wilson was stabbed to death on Strathfield Walk on May 29.

One week on, officers will return to the spot where the 15-year-old was knifed multiple times to speak to potential witnesses.

Police and paramedics arrived after reports of groups of youths fighting on Langley Road.

Keelan was rushed to New Cross Hospital, but was confirmed dead a short time later.

A post-mortem has confirmed he died from stab wounds.

"Although no arrests have yet been made, our investigation is progressing well. "We are speaking to lots of people in the area and building a fuller picture of what happened exactly one week ago today. "I’d urge anyone who’s not yet spoken to us and who has information, however insignificant they think it might be, to do the right thing and speak to us. "We are determined to catch whoever is responsible for the death of young Keelan and are keeping his parents fully updated with developments."
