Thirteen-year-old Harrison's weight loss mission

Sorry, this content isn't available on your device.

Teenager Harrison Wright spends more time in the gym than many adults.

The 13-year-old, from the Black Country, began trying to improve his health two years ago, when he was told he was overweight.

I really wanted to get healthier, I wanted to get fitter and I wanted to just be a bit more confident.

So my Mum sat me down and talked about when the fat builds up around your heart, it can lead to heart disease and cancer.

I really didn't want to go through that at such a young age, so I knew I had to make a change.

Harrison attends the gym twice a week with his mum, Kerry, where they work out together with a personal trainer.

He says that, through social media, he has been able to inspire other young people to take better care of their health.

It's been really rewarding. I only thought I'd be getting fit from this but being able to inspire other kids to do what I've done and not be scared and grow confidence back, that's really rewarding.
