A man who was denied a British passport, despite living in Leicester for more than 50 years, says he's delighted to finally have one.
Rolston Knight moved to the UK from the Caribbean as a child.
He was unable to get a passport because he didn't have a birth certificate.
His story came to light after the recent controversy around the immigration status of the Windrush generation.
Life is certainly looking up for Rolston who started his first job last week.
He says: "I applied for a job two weeks ago and luckily I got it!
"It was the first real job I've applied for in three years so I was very happy."
