East Midlands weather: Staying cloudy and dry


A rather cloudy but dry day. Occasional bright or sunny intervals are likely at times, giving a warm, humid feel, especially in sheltered areas, with a light or moderate southwest breeze. Maximum temperature 24 deg C (75 deg F).


Cloud will increase overnight, and becoming misty over Derbyshire hills with drizzle later, then occasional rain in north by dawn. Winds will become southerly, and freshen. Minimum temperature 16 deg C (61 deg F).


A mainly cloudy morning with brisk winds and occasional rain spreading southeastwards. Still humid, then some bright or sunny intervals are possible later as rain steadily clears, and winds ease. Maximum temperature 21 deg C (70 deg F).


Variable cloud through the period with intermittent rain, but humid with warm sunny spells. A band of rain will spread erratically southwards on Wednesday, perhaps brighter and fresher later.
