Detectives investigating the murder of a dad-of-four in Wolverhampton have arrested a sixth man.
Richard Helm was stabbed on October 12 in the Ashmore Park area of the city after a 'disturbance'. Mr Helm, who was 37, died at the scene.
A sixth person has now been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently being questioned by police. Three other men who were previously arrested have been released on bail and two more men have been released without any further action.
Detective Inspector Jim Colclough said Mr Helm's family are 'devastated'. He added: "His family are understandably devastated and my thoughts remain with them at this very upsetting time. We have specialist officers supporting them and they have kept them updated with this latest development.
"I continue to appeal to anyone who has any information, who hasn’t yet spoken to us, to get in touch with me or my team. A family have been left heartbroken."
