Parents face mammoth fundraising challenge to buy daughter robotic arm

The parents of a two-year-old girl from Warwickshire, who was born with only one arm, face the mammoth task of raising over one hundred thousand pounds to buy her a robotic one.

Ella Newitt was born without her right arm. She's doesn't let it stop her from doing things that other toddlers enjoy however and she has even learned to build lego with her feet.

But Ella's parents are trying to raise money for a prosthetic and robotic limb to help her. Ella's mum, Holly, is aiming for a purely cosmetic one for now and a fully functioning robotic option for when Ella turns eighteen.

The prosthetics are not available on the NHS and the total cost for the two prosthetics is over £100,000.
