As part of ITV Central's Winter Wellbeing series, our early presenter Balvinder Sidhu, took her two-year-old daughter Tara to an exercise class in Coventry for mums with pre-school children. It's all about making exercise more accessible.

One Fit Mamma was set up by Sophia Cooper 9 years ago. She was suffering from postnatal depression and tried to take her own life, but says exercise saved her.

It gave me something to do that wasn't about my baby because that was a big thing for me, I wouldn't leave him. So it was great to get out and not be with him. It helped me to lose weight which gave me confidence which was huge because I hated how Iooked.

Sophia Cooper, Class Founder

Sophia started her first class in a church hall in Harborne, Birmingham with just six mums, but now 28,000 women have taken part across the country.

Anyone who is suffering from postnatal depression can attend the classes for free for up to 6 weeks.
