Murdered Coventry man named as 'loving father' Daniel Chappell

A man who was arrested on suspicion of murder after a body was found in Coventry has been released on bail.

26-year-old Daniel Chappell was found dead at a property in Vincent Street, Earlsdon at around 1.40am on Sunday (10 March) after suffering fatal injuries.

Police launched a murder investigation. A 29-year-old man was arrested but has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

The family of Mr Chappell released a statement.

Daniel was a loving father, son, brother and partner. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends."
