A little girl who dreams of walking to school without her sticks has been practising for her big day.

Georgie Gibbs from Worcester was born 11 weeks early and was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy when she was one.

But she has never let her condition hold her back and tonight she will appear on ITV's 'This Time Next Year' where we will find out if her dream has come true.

Two years ago, Georgie had life-changing surgery to try and help her to walk. She also has physiotherapy to try and ease the tightness in her legs.

Find out how Georgie got on in tonight's 'This Time Next Year' at 8pm on ITV.
