Birmingham's cheapest property has hit the market - but would you be brave enough to take it on?
The two-bedroom semi-detached house in Quinton is being auctioned with a guide price of £50,000 - a steal when you compare it to the city's average property price of £209,000.
But there's one big catch... take a look inside.
Photos show the home filled with piles of rubbish, and all of the contents - furniture, cardboard boxes, clothing and other items - come with the property.
Prospective buyers aren't allowed to view the property inside and whoever purchases the property will have to clear it out themselves.
The online listing says it is located in a "popular" neighbourhood but is "in need of refurbishment".
The house has a kitchen area, bathroom and separate toilet, a garage, where more rubbish is piled, a driveway and an enclosed garden.
It will be auctioned on 3 April.
