The Pride of the Midlands: we need you to help us find our fundraiser of the year

If you know of an inspirational fundraiser who really makes a difference and who is an inspiration to others we'd love to hear from you.

Perhaps they come up with wacky ways of bringing in the donations - or maybe they're overcoming challenges of their own to put others first.

We're looking for nominations for both the East Midlands and West Midlands Fundraiser of the Year.

Our winners and their guests will get to attend the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards in London in October where they'll have the chance to be named the National Pride of Britain Fundraiser.

If you know someone who deserves that title, you can nominate them by clicking here - you'll also find nomination forms in selected TSB branches or the Daily Mirror newspaper.

Celebrating 20 years of the Pride of Britain

2019 marks 20 years since the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards were born - and the rest, as they say, is history.

It’s become one of the showbiz highlights of the year as international celebrities turn out to pay tribute to so-called “ordinary people”.
