A couple of Victoria Crowned Pigeons have welcomed their first chick at Twycross Zoo.

Parents Pidge and Victoria met on Valentine's day, and have now added a baby boy chick to their nest.

PJ was named by his keepers, who say: "The super-cute and perfectly healthy new arrival is doing fantastically well and flourishing.

"He has even been spotted leaving his nest to explore his home, the tropical Butterfly Forest."
