A clean-up operation is underway after a lorry fire on the M6 in Staffordshire.
The "intense" blaze broke out around 3.00am and took four hours to bring under control.
The lorry was carrying plastic bottles and metal. The trailer melted into the road, with the tyres blowing out.
The Northbound carriageway is closed with delays of at least an hour between Junction 14 to 16.
