Hunt for thief who stole American bulldog puppy
Officers who are investigating the theft of an American bulldog are asking anyone with any information to come forward.
The puppy, called Hebe, was taken from a car parked at a supermarket in Cloverfield, Hinckley between 2.20pm and 2.40pm on Wednesday, August 28.
Hebe’s owners had gone into the supermarket, leaving both her and another dog in their red Ford Focus.
When they returned, they found that Hebe had been taken.
PC Sam Eaton, the investigating officer, is urging anyone who witnessed the incident – or has information about where Hebe might be – to get in touch.
He said: “I would like to speak to anyone who believes they may have information about Hebe’s disappearance to come forward."
