A murder investigation has been launched after an 18-year-old man was found stabbed to death in Leicestershire.
Officers were called to Sword Drive, Hinckley at around 12.55am this morning (October 7) after reports of a man being stabbed.
On arrival they discovered the man injured before he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of his murder and he remains in police custody.
A cordon was put in place and a number of nearby roads were closed to assist police with their investigation - they have since reopened.
Leicestershire Police have appealed anyone who may have witnessed this incident to contact them.
