Two people in Birmingham have been arrested on suspicion of terrorism offences.
A 25-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman were arrested yesterday on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
Detectives have been granted a further seven days to quiz the pair.
An address in the city is also being searched by officers as part of theinvestigation while the suspects are being held at a police station.

The arrests, linked to Islamist-related terrorism, were pre-planned and intelligence-led.
