ITV News Central presenter Bob Warman went into self-isolation last week (March 17) following social distancing advice from the government for over-70s.
Although he is showing no coronavirus symptoms, he has decided to stay home as a precaution for the next 3 months.
Bob will be working from home where he can and has promised to keep us up to date through video updates.
So far, Bob has spent 8 days in isolation. Here's how he's been faring:
Speaking to us on Tuesday afternoon (24th March), Bob told us that he’s taken the government health advice very seriously.
He’s been reminiscing on distant memories. The Central News sign behind him was given to him in 2001!
And he is thankful for all the messages of support he’s received over the last week from ITV Central viewers.
Bob will be back with another update next Wednesday.
