Britain's dullest man creates surprise Christmas calendar hit

The 'dullest man in Britain' has created a Christmas calendar dedicated to public benches.Kevin Beresford is an entrepreneur from Redditch who makes a living by creating mundane things. He's previously released calendars on roundabouts, car parks, post boxes and views from a Birmingham bus route. However his latest creation, 'Benches of Redditch (and surrounding areas)', looks like it could be his most popular product to date because he's already received orders from around the world.
The photographic calendar collection includes Kevin’s favourite – the bench that nestles on the village green at the picturesque Warwickshire village of Sambourne.
“You don’t get many village greens now and it’s so tranquil,” the retired printer explained.“But some are really gritty. There’s one with all fag ends underneath it.
The calendar reaffirms Kevin's status as 'Britain's dullest man' - a title bestowed on him after he was featured alongside others in the book Dull Men of Great Britain.
“You’ve got to have a dull hobby,” says Kevin. “You don’t have to be a dull person. They are quite charismatic guys – well, some of them anyway.”
