Stratford Road in Sparkhill saw the PCNs issued along the main shopping and commuting route in June.

Mohammed Adam was ejected from Relax Cafe in Sparkhill on September 26 last year, after harassing a woman.

The attack happened in broad daylight with the public filming the incident and uploading it onto social media.
