A judicial review is taking place today into the death of a man from Birmingham who died outside a nightclub in Manchester, in 2009.
Julian Webster died after being restrained in a neck hold for more than 8 minutes.
His family won the right to challenge a decision made by the Crown Prosecution Service not to prosecute anyone over his death.
