Leicestershire County Council is consulting on proposed changes to Adult Prevention Services which would lead to homelessness support being reduced by 78 per cent.

These services provide a vital safety net for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

The Bridge, Enable Care and Home Support, and Youthshelter offer accommodation and floating support services to vulnerable people across Leicestershire.

These organisations alone helped 439 people over the last year. There are numerous other organisations that will also be forced to close services.
