Pride of Britain: Foster mum who's cared for over 1,200

It was Strictly stardom for our most senior winner at The Pride of Britain Awards last night.

Betty McGlinchey, who lives in Coventry, has been a foster mum extraordinaire. She has looked after more than 1,200 children over 34 years, offering them a loving home when they needed it most.

Sir Bruce Forsyth presented Betty with the Good Morning Britain Local Hero Award.

Tune into ITV at 8pm this evening to watch Sir Bruce lead her into an impromptu waltz across the stage.
